Free psychological test DASS-21
The free DASS 21 test used self-report scales of depression, anxiety and stress. The tool was constructed by the Psychology Foundation of Australia.
The use of the DASS-21 is intended to provide directions for self-observation and herald the need for professional assistance. Only a psychiatrist can make a diagnosis of depression.
You only need to answer 21 short questions to get your results. You usually need three to five minutes to complete this test. Although it cannot replace a visit to a psychologist, it provides an overall view of your specific situation and the general state of your mental health.
Please read each of the sentences below and mark a number 0, 1, 2 or 3 indicating the intensity of the symptoms described that you have noticed in yourself over the past week.
There are no wrong or right answers.
Remember that your subjective assessment of your own health and well-being is the most important in terms of the real usefulness of the test. Try to tick the answer that comes immediately to mind after reading each of the sentences.
